Previous Owner History:
This aircraft was based in Missouri for most of its life and then found its way to Georgia. The previous owner used the aircraft to train and now fly’s charter out of New York. It was time to sell this aircraft as it served its purpose well. It was heavily maintained!
Damage History:
A title search revealed that on 9/15/1984, the pilot aborted a takeoff from a farm field and struck a tree. (All repairs documented) 4/19/1995, the aircraft struck power lines and according to the damage report, it crimped off the exhaust, pilot and student made a forced landing and impacted a feeder trough. (All repairs documented) 11/02/2010, Fuel exhaustion incident in which the pilot performed a forced landing and caused minor damage by rolling through a fence. (All repairs documented)
In Flight Report:
This aircraft performed vey well. It flew incredibly straight, climbed well (750fpm), maintained altitude, and flew absolutely hands off. The return flight was approximately 4 1/2 hours and showed good strength and no oil consumption. Heat works well too! “Pilot, -Josh”
A nice 152. Use it for a trainer, hobbyist, or time builder. Either way this Cessna is economical and cheap to fly. With lots of time left on the engine this aircraft is a perfect time builder or flight school aircraft. This aircraft will get you to where you want to be safely and efficiently.
