Previous Owner History: The previous owner owned this aircraft since 1988. He decided to sell this aircraft to Stoffer Aviation because he was building an RV-8. 
 
Damage History: 1991 Non-Running damage to prop into hangar. Prop overhauled and re-installed.
 
In Flight Report: This aircraft looks good on the ramp. The interior is comfortable. The aircraft fly’s hands off and it is a joy to fly, producing typical 0-320 power. It also has good heat! This has been a ONE owner aircraft since 1988. “Pilot, -Josh”
 
A good looking and comfortable, Cherokee 140. The engine is showing no signs of degradation or power. Family carrying, very capable, nice-looking airplane. IFR Capable with a lot of engine time remaining!
