Exterior Condition: 7-10 on paint. Looks nice with scratches here and there on the wings and various other places. No major dings or dents. Control surfaces are in great shape. No corrosion. Overall good paint!
 
Interior Condition: Really nice interior. Fully articulating pilot and co-pilot seats. All seats have headrests! Leather with blue cloth, no rips or tears. Very comfortable. Plastics are in good shape. Headliner coming down in some small spots but otherwise not bad. Comfortable and nice interior!

Previous Owner History: This aircraft was leased to a flight school by the owner. Unfortunately, because the owners health was declining, the owner decided to sell the airplane. While in the flight school, the aircraft was maintained at great standards with many receipts and fixes!
 
Damage History: None; The extensive repair bill was due to the original wing spar having a crack. The aircraft received a new wing with major fixes along with it. 
 
In Flight Report: This aircraft looks really nice on the ramp. The interior is incredibly comfortable. Not your average 180. With fully articulating seats the comfort level is increased. The aircraft fly’s hands off and its a joy to fly, producing typical 0-360 power. “Pilot, -Josh”
 
A great looking and very comfortable, nice interior Cherokee 180. The engine is showing no signs of degradation or power. Family carrying, very capable, nice looking airplane. The four place intercom system allows everyone to communicate on any journey!
