Interior Condition: Very nice interior. Gray leather with cloth, no rips or tears. Very comfortable. Plastics are in great shape. Headliner in great shape. Comfortable and very nice interior! Carpets show normal wear.

Previous Owner History: This aircraft was owned by a couple that flew all the time! Unfortunately due to some health issues and not flying much toward the end of this year (2025), the owners decided to hang up the keys and see this aircraft go to someone who would use it.

In Flight Report: A beautiful Cherokee 140/160. It flew hands off, maneuvered very well, rigging was perfect. Performed very well on the flight home and produced typical 160hp. The interior of this aircraft is very comfortable as well and looks exceptionally well. “Pilot, -Josh”
 
A great looking and very comfortable, nice interior Cherokee 140/160. The engine is showing no signs of degradation or power. Family carrying, very capable, nice looking airplane. The four place intercom system allows everyone to communicate on any journey! Low maintenance costs paired with four seats and the engine upgrade help this aircraft perform well. You can tell this aircraft was taken care of!
